Lauren and her gang - about Lauren's PhilosophyDog Gone Good Training combines the art of leadership and the science of learning theory to help you build a great relationship with your dog. There’s a trainer out there for every person and dog, and we may or may not be the right fit for you, and vice versa. We are all about relationship. Our ideal client is someone who not only loves their dog, but who is passionate about learning all they can to help their dog be the very best it can be. We sometimes have openings for a quick visit to address a simple issue, but we are really looking for clients who want to build a relationship with us for the life of the dog. Many of our clients get help with picking out a puppy or dog, and then transition through private sessions, group classes and day stays.

We are here to help you learn how to “speak dog.” We will translate your dog’s subtle behaviors so that you can gain a better understanding of their perception of their world, and how they learn. Your training with us will be challenging, fun, informative, and productive. Your trainer has spent years learning many different methods and is adept at using a variety of different approaches. Having a diverse “training toolbox” means that all types of dogs and people can be helped.

We can help you fix that annoying counter surfing, but what we really love to do is to help you raise and train a phenomenal dog. When our clients commit to putting in the work with us, both dog and human grow and learn, and become part of our Dog Gone Good pack. We love our clients, and consider them family. The priority at Dog Gone Good Training is to help your dog become a happy, well-behaved member of your family and the community.
